Take advantage of walking poles, bikes, and adaptive equipment provided by the HRM Oval team, and make use of their air-conditioned facilities for added comfort. Whether you’re trying something new or moving at your own pace, this time is all about you.
Afterwards, unwind in the shade for refreshments and great company, including familiar faces from Parkland at the Common.
