This special Four-Hands dinner will showcase a unique menu featuring fresh ingredients from Italy’s Piedmont region complemented by local inspirations and flavors from both Boston and San Francisco. 

The curated menu begins with Insalata di Mare a delightful combination of poached shrimp clams crispy prosciutto and apples in a bagnetto verde a traditional Piedmontese sauce. For the pasta course savor Ricotta Gnudi served with sunchoke cream crispy artichokes brown butter truffle and parmesan. The main course highlights Duckhorn Cabernet Braised Prime Short Ribs paired with burrata truffle morel asparagus agnolotti and smoked heirloom carrots. To end the evening on a sweet note indulge in Decoy Limited Brut Rosé White Chocolate Strawberries Meringue featuring thyme-infused strawberries and mascarpone white chocolate mousse. Each course is expertly paired with renowned Duckhorn Wines.
