Breast Cancer Survivor (SOS) Dragon Boat teams, such as Save Our Sisters (SOS) Miami, provide immense physical and emotional benefits. Paddling enhances cardiovascular fitness, builds core strength, and improves lymphedema management. It also fosters a “floating support group,” offering community, reduced isolation, and confidence to survivors.
Price: $20 including refreshments and snacks.

What to Expect:
10-minute safety briefing.
10-minute “Dragon Boat 101” instruction.
Paddling on the stunning Marine Stadium Basin, with the Miami skyline as your backdrop.
No paddling experience is needed. SOS will provide everything needed: boats, paddles, life jackets, and waivers.
Important Details for Participants:
Dress for a water sport. Expect to get splashed!
Wear boat shoes or footwear that you don’t mind getting wet.
Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Please leave purses and personal items on shore (they’ll be kept safe).
Please bring your own water bottle.
Arrive on time at 9:30 AM.
