Walking is one of the most powerful steps you can take to living a healthier, happier life. Join us for some exercise all while discovering beautiful walking routes throughout the Lehigh Valley with AARP Lehigh Valley volunteers. The walks are designed for all levels and will accommodate different paces and distances. We will meet in person for our group walks on ten select Tuesdays this fall! The walk will begin promptly at 9:45 am and last until 11:00 am. We recommend that you hydrate and have breakfast before the walk. Participants should be able to walk for an hour unassisted. Register for one or all ten of the scheduled walks!
