Using songwriting and guided reflection, participants explore emotions, personal experiences, and spiritual themes while developing their creative voice. Through
- interactive writing drills
- guided prompts to develop emotional intelligence
- group discussions and sharing
Participants will learn practical tools for self-expression, emotional wellness, and storytelling.
