E-Motion Movement Communities are peer-led grief groups that integrate gentle movement and community support. Unlike traditional grief groups, these gatherings take place while in motion—walking, running, hiking, or engaging in simple movement together—creating a space to move with grief in a way that feels natural and accessible.
