• Community Organizations w/ resources for women's health 9AM-1PM (YMCA, YWCA, Resources for Resilience, Planned Parenthood, Sunrise Recovery, Hers LLC, etc.)
• Change Your Palate: Cooking Demonstration with healthy, affordable options for meal time! 12-1PM
• Qi Gong for Women's Health (Body + Breath Alignment) 2-3PM
• Healthy Snacks!!

Wellness Checks and Mammograms - billed to insurance or $199 for uninsured.
