HUNT INFORMATION:

WHAT:

A city-wide scavenger hunt with a $10,000 grand prize.

4th event of this scale with a new champion being crowned in 2026.

HOW THE GAME IS PLAYED:

• Teams of 2 search the city to find items/locations on The List.
• Take a picture with the item or at the location to earn points.
• Post pictures to a Facebook album or Snapchat/Instagram story.
• The top 5 scoring teams and 2 wildcards will make the finals.
• Finalists will recieve clues to the $10k prize.
• First to find it wins.
• Detailed rules and instructions will be available to you on game day via Top Secret Envelope.

A team consists of 2 PLAYERS.

1 player must have a driver's license.

See Age Requirements and Family Rules below if you have young kids who want to join your team.

Register on Eventbrite. Only those who register will receive a Top Secret Envelope.

GAMEDAY:

9am

• Show up with teammate in uniform/costume (see below for more info)
• Check-in will begin. Location: The Galleria Mall. Look for the black balloons inside.
• Tickets will be scanned. Bring 1 ticket/eticket per player.
• Receive the Top Secret Envelope.

9am-3pm

• GO!
• Find items and locations on ''The List''.
• Take qualifying pictures of the items or locations.

3pm

• The hunt ends at a Drop Off location.
• Post your findings to social media

7pm

• Finalists announced and final search for the cash begins.

FACEBOOK/SNAPCHAT/INSTAGRAM

You will need to post photos to Facebook, Snapchat, OR Instagram to validate your checked off items/locations on your list. Only 1 player on your team will be required to post to their choice of Facebook, Snapchat, or Instagram. You must use an active account. Facebook is the preferred platform to use according to the Moneyman agents.

Check- ins will be inside the The Galleria Mall. Look for the black balloons inside. Park anywhere around the mall.

IMPORTANT: Teams who wear matching uniforms will receive points. Remember, the top teams with the most points will make the finals so earn those easy ones. All uniformed teams will earn the same amount of points no matter how elaborate your get up is. Wearing basic black Ts will count but there will be a prize for the most poular uniforms. Masks or anything covering your face will not be allowed in any pictures. Minimal face paint may be allowed. Costumes must not be X-rated. If you are unsure if your uniform/costume is acceptable please contact me.

The 4 highest scoring teams and 1 wildcard will make the finals. Every team who participates and finishes the game will be eligible for the wildcard.

Ages 1-12 must register as Assistants. They must play with 2 Players, 1 being a parent/guardian. See FAMILY RULES.

13 and 14 must register as a PLAYER and are required to play with 1 parent/guardian PLAYER.

15 and up must register as a PLAYER.

Teams consist of 2 PLAYERS. To promote a family-friendly event, kids 12 and under may participate as Assistants. I believe a team including extra players aged 12 and under doesn't give teams an advantage towards winning the game. Assistants must play with a parent/guardian. Only PLAYERS are required to be in the pictures. The whole family is welcome to be in photos but it is not required. Assistant tickets are free and you can have multiple Assistants on a team.

You must show proof of age for any Assistants on your team if you make the finals.

Examples/scenarios:

1) Two parents aged 40 and 41 want to play with their 10 and 12 year old children. This would be allowed. The parents would need to register for 2 PLAYER tickets and 2 Assistant tickets. Only the team members above 13 are required to be in the photos.

2) Two parents aged 40 and 41 want to play with their 15 and 16 year old children. This would not be allowed. The two children are above the required age of 12 for Assistant players.

3) One parent age 40 and 2 kids aged 10 and 15 want to play. This trio would be allowed. The parent and 15yo would be the only teammates required in the photos. They would register for 2 PLAYER tickets and 1 Assistant ticket.

4) One parent age 40 and one kid age 12 want to play. This would not allowed as photos require 2 PLAYERS age 13 and up.

5) Two parents age 40 and 41 want to play with their kids aged 12 and 15. This team of 4 would not be allowed. There would be 3 players on a team above the age of 12.

These rules will be strictly enforced. Proof of age will be required if the team makes the finals.

Why are things so top secret?

To maintain the integrity of the event and give all teams equal opportunity to win.

What happens after I sign up?

Check your email for your ticket. You will need to bring your tickets on gameday. Stay up-to-date by checking the website, Facebook/Snapchat up until gameday.

What happens at check-ins?

Arrive at the check-in location with your teammate by 9am on 8/1/2026. Check-in location will be on foot in The Galleria Mall. Once everyone is scanned in, we'll give you your Top Secret Envelope, then you’re off to hunt. This would be roughly at 9:15am.

What kind of stuff am I searching for?

Items and locations will be on “The List” provided at check-in. The List is top secret.

How do I qualify for the finals?

Top 4 teams with the most points advance to the finals. One wildcard team will be selected making 5 total teams. The more points you score will increase your odds of being the wildcard. (More information will be given in the Top Secret Envelope on Gameday)

Points?

Earn points by finding items/locations on the list. Each item/location will be valued based on difficulty or uniqueness. Example: an American flag could be a 1 pointer where as a unicycle could be worth 5.

Where do I drop off "The List'' at?

Detailed information including drop-off locations will be disclosed in the Top Secret Envelope provided on game day.

Why the matching costumes/uniforms?

Because its fun! If you wear a costume/team uniform, you will be awarded valuable points.

How elaborate of a costume/uniforms do I need?

Keep it simple with matching shirts or go crazy and make it fun. You will be awarded the same amount of points no matter how hard you go. There will be a prize awarded to the most popular costume. Masks covering your face will not be allowed in any pictures.

Why is Facebook/Instagram/Snapchat needed to play?

Facebook/Snapchat/Instagram will be used to validate your checked off items/locations on "The List''. You'll need to post picture proof of everything your team has completed. See examples below.

What if I don’t have a Facebook, Instagram or Snapchat?

Only 1 teammate needs to post pictures. If you don't have one, make one. It's ten thousand dollars...

Can I play solo? Do I need a teammate?

You are required to play with a teammate. Teams consist of 2 PLAYERS.

Any past champions from the previous 5 years will be bought out if they decide to play and make the finals.
