Glenn Dives, Exhibits & Collections Manager, introduces a new component of the museum’s permanent exhibits that showcases a gorget, or throat armor piece, found at Fivemile Creek in Dewitt County. The unique brass pendant raises a number of questions about European contact and Native American trade in North America.
