John Robb is a man of many talents.A familiar face on TV and radio, he’s also a best selling author, musician, journalist, Louder Than War founder, eco champion, and singer from post-punk legends The Membranes.
When not touring his spoken word shows, Robb is developing the ground-breaking Green Britain Academy education scheme and a zero carbon clothing line called ‘Dark Forest’.
A key figure in the UK music press, he conducted the first Nirvana interview, coined the expression ‘Britpop’, and was instrumental in documenting the ‘Madchester’ scene with his writing.
His website, louderthanwar.com, is one of the UK’s top music and culture platforms and remains at the forefront of diverse modern culture, championing artists like Fontaines DC and Charli XCX before anyone else.
