About this Event

John Adams was a powerhouse politician long before he became president: trial lawyer for soldiers in the Boston Massacre, delegate to the Massachusetts and Continental Congresses, Commissioner to France -  he and his wife Abigail made history every day for decades! Join living historians Steve and Hannah Carlson for an interactive presentation bringing John and Abigail’s story to life, including excerpts from Hannah’s children’s book, John Adams: The Voice Heard ‘Round the World, told from the perspective of John Quincy Adams and narrated by David McCullough. Original symphony music enhances the narration of the Adams' story. Suitable for all ages. A book signing will follow this presentation!

Suggested donation $5 children $10 adults
