We’re hosting a 5K called Jog for Joyanna in honor of someone incredibly special to me—my dear friend and former coworker, Joyanna. 💙Joyanna is currently facing stage 4 colon cancer with incredible strength and courage. As a physical therapist, she’s spent her career helping others heal—now she’s the one who needs support.
She’s one of the kindest, most radiant people I know, and this event is a way for all of us to give back some of the love and care she’s poured into so many over the years.
