To ensure a safe, competitive, and respectful environment for all participants, the JCMHSF Hockey Tournament enforces the following player eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: All players must be 21 years of age or older to participate. No exceptions.
• Code of Conduct: We maintain a zero tolerance policy regarding player behavior. Any individual who has been banned or removed from a local hockey league due to conduct issues will not be eligible to participate in this tournament.
• Sportsmanship: Players are expected to uphold the spirit of the tournament, which is built on community, respect, and fair play. Any violations may result in removal from the event and future eligibility review.
• Roster Confirmation: All team rosters must be submitted and finalized prior to the tournament start date. Players not listed on the submitted roster will not be allowed to participate.
• No Substitutions Mid-Tournament: Players may not be added or substituted once the tournament has begun, except in the case of injury and with approval from tournament officials.
• No Pro/Current Collegiate Players: To maintain competitive balance, current professional or NCAA players are not eligible. Former players are permitted, as long as they meet the age requirement.
• Goalie Substitutions: In the event of a goalie injury or absence, teams may request an emergency substitute with approval from tournament organizers.
• Unsportsmanlike Conduct: Any player engaging in fighting, abuse of officials, or unsportsmanlike behavior may be ejected from the tournament and barred from future participation.
