JOE & THE JUICE is strengthening its presence in the Pacific Northwest with the grand opening of its newest store inside Bellevue Square Mall, marking the brand’s third Seattle‑area location. Opening Friday, February 27th, the global juice and coffee brand is excited to bring its signature energy, flavor, and Scandinavian aesthetic to one of the region’s most vibrant retail destinations. The Bellevue location spans 1,500 square feet, offering a bright and modern space tailored for guests on the move. 

Perfectly situated in the heart of the Eastside, the new store caters to busy professionals, shoppers, commuters, and locals looking for a quick and uplifting stop. Known for its high‑quality coffee, freshly pressed juices, and the internet‑famous Tunacado sandwich, JOE & THE JUICE offers a bold, fast, and fresh experience built for connection and convenience. 

To celebrate the grand opening, guests can expect a vibrant launch experience complete with live DJ sets and plenty of samples throughout the day. The first 100 guests will receive exclusive JOE & THE JUICE merch, and as a welcome to the neighborhood, all visitors can enjoy a free coffee or matcha with any purchase throughout the opening weekend, valid Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only. 

The Bellevue opening arrives amid significant U.S. expansion for the brand. With menu favorites like the Beets & Berry smoothie, Feel Good juice, and the brand’s signature sandwiches, including the fan‑favorite Steak Sandwich, Bellevue guests will enjoy the full JOE & THE JUICE experience that has fueled its worldwide following.
