📌 Qualifications for Chat Support Staff:
• College Level / College Undergraduate
• With experience in chat support, customer service, or sales
• Excellent communication and typing skills
• Knowledgeable in Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram messaging
• Customer-oriented and sales-driven
• Can multitask and work under pressure
• Willing to work onsite in Kamias, Quezon City
• Can start ASAP
📌 Chat Support Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries in real-time
• Assist customers with product details, pricing, and promotions
• Guide buyers through the purchasing process and close sales
• Follow up on inquiries and leads
• Handle customer concerns and coordinate orders/deliveries
• Support online marketing engagement
• Assist customers as a retail sales associate when needed
📌 Qualifications for Helper Welder:
• Preferably with related experience
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Physically fit and dependable
• Willing to work onsite in Kamias, Quezon City
• Can start ASAP
