S.O.U.L. = Surrender · Open · Uncover · Liberate
S.O.U.L. Journey is a six-week winter series. Each Friday evening weaves together breathwork, shamanic journeying, sound bath, guided meditation and energy healing. In shamanic tradition, the spirit realm has three worlds. Each step of S.O.U.L. carries us deeper through them:
🌟 S: Surrender · Begin
Release control, quiet the mind, and enter the experience. Our opening ceremony guides you to your Medicine Place, the inner sanctuary you’ll return to on every journey.
🌍 O: Open · The Middle World
Open yourself to awareness, intuition and deeper connection. The Middle World is the spirit side of our everyday world: the living energy of nature, places and the life around us.
🌳 U: Uncover · The Lower World
Explore your inner landscape through roots and stillness. You reach the Lower World by journeying downward through roots, caves or water. It is a grounding realm filled with instinct and power animals.
☀️ L: Liberate · The Upper World
Free yourself from what no longer serves you, and carry what you’ve discovered back into your life. We rise into the realm of spirit teachers, guides and higher wisdom, and end the series with our closing ceremony.

Full Series (all 6 nights): $199. This is the best value and the deepest journey.
Opening Night only (Nov 6): $22. Come experience it first.
Drop-in: $45 per night.
✨ Loved Opening Night? Upgrade for $177. If you attended Opening Night, you can upgrade to the remaining five nights of the series for $177. The upgrade is only for Opening Night attendees and must be completed before the Nov 13 session.
