JiveSwing.com and Watford Borough Council presents the 12th JiveSwing Festival, one of the biggest FREE 'JiveSwing, Jazz music and dance Festivals' ever, to be held in the UK for both dancers and musicians to jam together in a HUGE Park, Cassiobury.Normally attracting over 3000 people from around the UK dressed vintage or casual, The BIG JiveSwing Festival will have a much bigger stage and larger area to allow picnics and dancing this year, featuring a major line up, with some of the latest and biggest international names for Swing Dance and Jazz bands, DJ's etc from around the UK, plus swing dance classes and dance shows for all the family.
This year we've also included a dedicated children's area, with rides, making it a bigger family event. Please

Whilst this event should be at least £90.00 to attend, it's all absolutely FREE!!

Nr The Band Stand Area, Cassiobury Park, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD18 7HY
(Enter via Shepherds Rd entrance, near the Cha Cha Cafe)
TIME:
12.00pm to 6:15pm.

We have lots of drink and food vendors available on the day, including a few treats for those with children.

Come and check out our fabulous vintage market full of goodies!
CLASSIC CAR DISPLAY:
We have a beautiful range of vintage vehicles at the festival. If you're interested in bringing yours along, please email [email protected] now.

TRANSPORTATION:
Watford Tube takes you to the entrance. Minutes from Watford Junction or Watford High train station or London.

MORE INFORMATION:
Please allow an extra 20mins on your journey time and arrive early to get a good picnic spot near the new Big JiveSwing Festival Stage.
Toilets will be available onsite including disabled facilities.

PARKING:
There is parking at Cassiobury Park itself plus surrounding residential areas.
CREATURE COMFORTS:
Each year many people bring pop up tents, picnic blankets, with larger gazebos and tents that you can set up nearer the outer limits of the festival to avoid blocking the stage view.
