We start our first JivePlay Modern Jive Friday Freestyle for 2025 on the 2nd Friday, just for January, then back to 1st Friday of each month from Feb. We have guest DJs to provide a great music mix for the evening until 11pm 🎉🎧
We are now open slightly earlier at 7:30 with our new format, when offering a bi-monthly warm up taster class for various dance styles, starting the new year with a modern jive styling class from popular teachers Thierry & Emma. This class starts at 7:45 for around half an hour where they will provide a routine adding flare to your moves with styling for legs, arms & head - not to be missed :)
We have you covered with ample free parking, ambient lighting, and air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout the evening. To keep you refreshed and energised, we will also provide a complimentary selection of soft drinks, tea, coffee, and cake. ☕️🍩
The music will be a blend of modern tunes, including some beloved classics and a delightful mix of smooth and silky tracks later in the evening. We are also happy to take song requests, by including everyone's favourites and some floor filling classics to keep the dance floor buzzing. 🎶💃
