Don't let your training go cold over the winter breakπ₯Άπ§ Join us for a day of fun and intensity on the mat. Coached by Josh Howard, former SMC wrestler, this camp focuses on college level technique and drills, intensity and mat awareness. JH3 Sports and Wellness coaches will also be on hand to promote some mindset training and confidence boosting techniques to help your wrestler FACE this season head on and stay sharp, active and confident.
This camp is designed for wrestlers who want to keep improving while others take time off β whether thatβs cleaning up fundamentals or gaining an edge mid-season.
