The J.Gumbo’s Cajun Cook-Off is coming to the Wabash Valley Pepper Fest & Hot Sauce Expo! Bring your best gumbo, jambalaya, étouffée, red beans and rice, crawfish dish, or other Cajun creation for a chance to finish in the top five and win part of the $500 cash prize pool.
Festival attendees will sample the dishes and vote for their favorites. The top five cooks will receive cash prizes based on the final voting results.
