We are thrilled to announce the details for 2025 Jewett's Got Talent!! What is it? A chance for any Jewett student to show off their skills!
When is it? Saturday, April 5 at 1:00 pm
Where is it? The Crater High School Performing Arts Center - that's right, we're on the big stage!
If you're interested in participating, submissions are open now for auditions. You can see further details on the guidelines below, or at Jewett's site. Ticket information will be coming soon!
Audition Guidelines:
Please take your audition seriously and give it your best.
Only Jewett students, staff, and teachers are eligible to perform.
We will only be accepting digital submissions this year. Everyone in a group act must submit their own form.
The audition videos should be between 45 seconds - 2 minutes.
Performances should be 1-4 minutes.
Performances must be appropriate for an audience of elementary students. No explicit material or foul language allowed.
Timeline:
Submission form open from January 28 – February 21
Notifications of acceptance by February 28
Practice session week of March 10 (Optional, but highly encouraged)
Dress Rehearsal at the Crater PAC on Friday April 4. Note: The dress rehearsal is mandatory.

Judging criteria for submissions:
Talent/Skill - does the audition demonstrate skill in the chosen area of performance (Are they a good singer? Does the juggler actually know how to juggle?)
Charisma/Stage Presence - does the performer(s) feel comfortable in front of a mic or performing in their video? Do they have stage presence that can translate to the PAC?
Originality - We are looking for a variety of types of performance and creative inspiration
