Kentucky-based string duo Jewelweed blends a love of Appalachian folk music with a contemporary, hard-driving sound. Composed of Sophie Delaney and Olivia Peppiatt, Jewelweed was forged at a bonfire jam in a holler near Berea, KY. From front porches to festivals, they weave together the tradition of Kentucky music and original songwriting.
Taylor Shuck is a Nashville-based singer-songwriter, banjoist, and multi-instrumentalist crafting music rooted in honest storytelling, rich acoustic textures, and a deep reverence for American roots traditions. Raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Shuck’s songwriting draws from everyday experiences, blending heartfelt lyricism with a dynamic musicality shaped by years as a sought-after instrumentalist. Shuck has performed on major stages as a touring member of The War and Treaty, including Bospop, MerleFest, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, The Kelly Clarkson Show, Levon Helm Studio, and the Earl Scruggs Festival. They have also toured extensively throughout the U.S. and the Netherlands with the Hackensaw Boys and first gained national recognition with Mama Said String Band through performances at ROMP, FloydFest, and other stages. An Artist-at-Large at Moonshiner’s Ball, Shuck continues to build a career centered on connection, collaboration, and songs that feel both deeply personal and widely relatable. Their debut solo album, featuring Tim O’Brien and Darol Anger, arrives in late September 2026.
