9:00am - 12:00pm Monday-Friday, July 27-31
This week, Camp Jewelers will create wearable works of art, a small trinket dish, and more. From statement necklace pendants to flexible bracelets and sparkling earrings (for themselves, or as gifts for people they love!), jewelers will select metals and materials to design their works. They will learn how to make their own beads out of unlikely materials to design and create unique and colorful jewelry pieces that fit their unique personalities. They will use materials such as beads, polymer clay, charms, and more! Whether it’s crafting nature-inspired pieces or experimenting with vibrant designs, every camper will leave with a collection of one-of-a-kind jewelry.
This camp is open to ages 6-11 years old. Children must be at least age 6 at time of camp, or have completed Kindergarten to enroll. Campers should arrive with a snack and a drink for break time each day.
Summer camp tuition is $150 for museum members and $165 for future members. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis so don't wait to register! Parents receiving food assistance (SNAP benefits) are eligible to apply for scholarship assistance. Sign up or learn more at bit.ly/camp32176
