Discover the magic of metalsmithing ⚒️ in this beginner-friendly workshop where you’ll design and solder your own pairs of earrings using brass and sterling silver wire. Variety of colorful agate beads proivded for extra style elements. Learn step-by-step with professional tools like a butane torch, malet & pliers.
In partnership with Say When LA, you’ll leave with handmade jewelry, new skills, and a creative spark. Soldering kits available for purchase. Stroll around the neighborhood before of after class to explore the historic charm of West Adams.

Tracey Nelsen, Founder & CEO of Artful Moment, explores the intersection of natural elements and traditional craft through industrial arts. She believes creating with your hands sparks brainpower, focus, and emotional resilience. Tracey holds a B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Minnesota and has exhibited work in Minnesota, NYC, and the Bay Area. She’s also contributed to large-scale projects like Pulse with the Flaming Lotus Girls at Burning Man.
