Jewellery Making Workshop - Pendant Making @ Studio24

Join me at Studio24 in Cirencester, on Saturday 8th November, 2-4.30pm to learn traditional wax carving techniques and make your own one of kind ring in wax ready to cast.

A 2.5hr fun workshop with all materials provided. All are welcome and no experience is necessary... Studio24 is a very cool creative space in Cirencester with lots going on!

A graduate of the Birmingham School of jewellery, I have been a bespoke fine jewellery designer for over 12 years whilst designing and selling my own collections internationally and teaching workshops at various venues and festivals.

There is no design or making experience necessary, you will be guided through the whole process including design inspiration if you are unsure what you would like to make. Students often comment how meditative and relaxing it can be working with the wax and making with their hands.

Lost wax casting is an ancient jewellery making technique, and the workshop is a perfect intro to jewellery making for anyone age 16+. You may like to make a unique gift for someone you love.

Have your wax model cast + finished by me afterwards if you choose, for an additional £40 plus the silver or gold cost calculated by the weight of your piece on the day. If you choose to go ahead and cast your piece the total cost for the ticketed session, plus your finished piece averages around £85-90 depending on how big and heavy your final design is.

Engraving and 18ct gold plating can be added on the day for an extra charge too

Your design is usually ready to collect from my Worcester studio within 2-3 weeks of the workshop , or your piece can be posted to you.

My jewellery making workshops are also available for private groups or one to one at your home, my Worcestershire studio or your venue of choice. I can be booked for hen do's, retreats and other private events.
