Held over FIVE DAYS IN A ROW at lunchtime in the city.

In a supportive group setting, just some of the things we will cover `are:
- opening the meditation-door with the breath - as easy as 1,2,3
- how the human body, energy, our mind and heart work together
- silencing the mind to create your vision of a stress-free life
- what is the jewel of the heart?
- the journey of aspiration... how to climb the consciousness-ladder
- building a world of peace and harmony within
- what is the wish-fulfilling tree?
- the role of mantra and music in a daily practice
These sessions are structured with a daily progression of concepts and techniques so you will get the most out of coming to all five classes if it is possible.
This course is suitable for beginners and those with meditation experience - come and enjoy the power of group meditation.

About your teacher: Alf Zollo is an Adelaide local who has been meditating for over 30 years under the guidance of spiritual master Sri Chinmoy.
These classes are offered as a free community service by the Adelaide Sri Chinmoy Centre.
