The mat-based class, led by a certified JETSET instructor, will guide participants through the brand's signature Pilates-inspired workout, blending core-strengthening movements with fluid transitions for a full-body burn. Designed for all fitness levels, the class delivers an energizing workout without the need for a reformer.
