Start your Saturday morning with movement, faith, and community at our next Jesus + Pilates event!

Whether you’ve been practicing Pilates for years or this is your very first class, we’d love to have you join us. This beginner-friendly mat Pilates class is designed to help you move your body, grow in your faith, and connect with other Christian women in a welcoming and encouraging environment.

WHAT TO BRING

A water bottle (highly recommended)

Comfortable workout clothes

Grippy socks (recommended) or you’re welcome to practice barefoot

Pilates mats will be provided, so there’s no need to bring your own.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We’ll begin with a short devotional before moving through a fun, uplifting, full-body Pilates workout that is suitable for all fitness levels—even if you’ve never taken a Pilates class before. We’ll finish our time together in prayer before enjoying fellowship, shopping with local Christian vendors, grabbing a coffee or snack from the café inside the venue, and spending time thrifting together.

Our heart behind Jesus + Pilates is simple: to create a space where women can move their bodies, grow closer to Jesus, and build meaningful friendships.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled before class begins.

Minors are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Coffee and snacks will be available for purchase at the venue.

Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee if you’re unable to attend.
