He was born with cerebral palsy. He grew up walking differently which made him a target for teasing. He discovered early that roasting bullies back was both a shield and the beginning of his stage voice and led to him developing his skills in comedy. His signature line "I ain't drunk, I just walk this way" comes straight from his lived experience with cerebral palsy and the rhythm with which he moves. He has appeared on the Boss Talk 101 podcast to unpack his origin story, his approach to crowd work, and building an indie comedy career.
