Come unwind with a sound healing and meditation journey designed to help your body heal, detox, and drop into deep calm. We'll use healing frequencies and a gentle guided meditation to quiet your mind and leave you feeling grounded and recharged. Lead by Jessa Hooley, a certified holistic trauma coach.During this event you will also receive Halo-therapy to Boost your immune system.

NO FOOD OR DRINK IN CAVE
NO OUTSIDE MATS OR BLANKETS - Will be provided.
NO ELECTRONICS OR PHONES
NO LATE ENTRY OR EARLY EXIT (Except in Emergency)
*Dress in comfortable loose clothing - shorts, tees or tanks are good for maximum skin exposure! Cave is set at a comfortable temperature and may warm up as the session progresses due to body heat and increased energies.
