About this Event
Come see a Clairemont infill project mid-transformation. Behind a renovated duplex, we're framing up a new 6-unit, 2-story apartment building, and the site tells a story worth walking through in person.
The new building holds two 2 bed/2 bath units, two 1 bed/1 bath units, and two studios across roughly 3,031 square feet. Adapting the building around an existing garage to maintain the existing parking space was an added challenge that we integrated as part of the construction.
Join Gottsik Construction on site to walk the framing, see how the new build ties into the existing duplex, and talk through the decisions that got this project from a tight budget to a real building.
