Buyer Mastery is a five-week advanced training series for agents ready to build a real buyer business instead of a showing schedule.
Every session is built around two things: sharp, strategic teaching, and a live panel of three top-producing agents unpacking exactly how they actually do it. This isn't a lecture with Q&A tacked on at the end — the panel is woven directly into the teaching, with real scripts, real negotiation calls, and real stories from agents closing deals right now. Panelists come from across San Diego brokerages, not just one office, so you're hearing several different ways top producers solve the same problem.
One session each Thursday @ 1:00 for five weeks:
Week 1 — Reading the Signal: diagnosing a real buyer opportunity before you invest a single showing. Panel: Sean Zanganeh (KW Del Mar), Cindy Kellems (KW SD East County), Andrea Flint-Gogek (Tranquility Real Estate Services).
Week 2 — Converting the Consultation: structure, trust, and the compensation conversation. Panel to be announced.
Week 3 — Advising the Search: clarity, psychology, and keeping control. Panel to be announced.
Week 4 — Offer Strategy & Negotiation: strategy through acceptance, and everything that follows. Panel to be announced.
Week 5 — Transaction Leadership: escrow, closing, and the client for life. Panel to be announced.
Each week brings a new three-agent panel — different producers, different perspectives, same standard.
This isn't a fundamentals class — it's built for agents who already know the basics and want to get materially better.
