Ideal for those new to pickleball, this session covers the fundamental rules, court positioning, basic strokes (forehands, backhands, volleys, dinks, and serves), proper grip techniques, footwork drills, and strategies to confidently participate in a game.
• 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Intermediate Session
Geared toward players with a solid foundation, this session focuses on advanced techniques, strategies, and tactics like refined volleys, dinking, partner movement, and quicker shot execution to elevate your gameplay.
