Jeffries Cross Baptist Church Community Health Fair

You're invited to the 3rd Annual Community Health Fair at Jeffries Cross Baptist Church on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 9 AM to 2 PM at 2015 Jeffries Cross Rd, Burlington, NC. This free event will feature health screenings and education, including Flu immunizations, blood pressure checks, blood donations, cancer and mental health resources, dental care, hands-only CPR, and fun children’s activities. Enjoy free food, raffles, and prizes while connecting with local health providers and community resources. Please bring your insurance card if available. Open to all ages!!
