💜 Come Honor Jeff Allman With Us 💜
This Saturday, M4G is coming together for a Community Jeff Allman Tribute Workout — a free community day to honor an incredible man and the lasting impact he made on so many lives.
Jeff joined M4G after 2020 alongside his lovely wife, Emilee Allman. He quickly became so much more than a member of our gym. He was a leader, coach, husband, father, son, mentor, and friend — the list could go on.
For so many people, Jeff was a mentor and life advisor. He had a gift for encouraging people, believing in them, and giving them the hope and confidence to chase their goals and become the best version of themselves.
Jeff sadly passed away from colon cancer in November 2022, but the legacy he left behind continues to live on through the people he impacted.
This Saturday, we invite our entire community — M4G members, friends, family, and anyone who knew Jeff or wants to help us honor his memory — to come together, complete his workout, and remember the incredible life he lived.
