Jedi Warrior Training Academy is now open for registration! Dates: June 24 - 27, 2024
Times:9:00 am - 3:30 pm
Location: The Trout Lake Abbey / There is a possibility for transportation from Hood River/White Salmon to Trout Lake for an extra cost.
Ages: The Jedi Warrior Training Academy is for kids who will be in 1st through 5th grade in the Fall of 2024.
Jedi Warrior Training draws on the modern cultural mythology of the Jedi Knights, and its roots in the fundamental principles of East Asian martial arts culture. As Jedi initiates, we will learn how to harness the energy of the Force, exploring ways to direct it toward positive actions in life. Jedi training will include mindfulness practices, martial arts, and strength training to cultivate and develop personal awareness, learn skills to maintain focus, and build self control and discipline. Campers will dive deeper into the principles of the Jedi Order and immerse themselves in the knowledge of becoming Jedi...and of course, there will be light sabers.
