What are we doing this time? Jeckyl & Hyde and "Slow-Ga"? Join us for a fun twist on a slow-paced class. We'll be listening to the story of Jeckyl & Hyde, while practicing at a slow pace. With each pose change, you have the option to choose a restful restorative pose or an engaged, yin pose.
Intensity Level: Gentle to Intense, depending on your own personal approach to the poses
Theme: Third Eye Chakra, Yin/Restorative, Spooky
Indoors/Outdoors: Indoors
Cost: $20
Sensory Notes: We will likely be practicing in candlelight for this class. The AC works well, but the rooms are cozy.
What else to bring: Please bring a mat, water, and any other yoga props you may have, and enjoy using. We often have straps, blocks, blankets and community mats to use, but can never guarantee there will be enough.
Parking: Parking is a long, circular driveway and parking pad. There should be plenty of parking, but it's always fun to carpool.
A waiver is signed at the beginning of each class that states you agree to take charge of your own practice and listen to your body. We also do a class photo but you never have to be in it, and we ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
