About this Event
Do you have a favorite pair of jeans or pants that needs repair so you can wear them again? Maybe they are worn thin from biking, or a belt loop has torn out. Holes in the knees, rips in the pocket. Let's see if we can fix them! Learn how to machine or hand sew these areas so you can wear them again. Some sewing machine experience is nice, but not necessary. Patching materials included, just bring your jeans/pants.
What Weβll Cover
𧡠Patch holes and worn spots using machine or hand sewing techniques
π Reinforce and reattach torn belt loops
π§ Identify which repair method works best for different types of damage
β»οΈ Extend the life of your clothes instead of replacing them
βοΈ Cut and apply patch material cleanly and securely
Each participant will make and take home
You'll leave with your own repaired jeans or pants β patched, reinforced, and ready to wear again. All patching materials are provided; just bring the denim that needs some love.
Come Prepared
