Jeanne-Marie Harris at The Jazz Playhouse

Classic, versatile, and beautiful are a few words that describe Jeanne-Marie’s continuously evolving vocal talent. She has a bachelor's degree in commercial vocal performance from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. While in Nashville, she was an avid member of the music publishing and songwriting world, working on both the business and creative sides of all things music. Missing her roots, she moved back to New Orleans. She can now be seen around the Crescent City singing various genres of classical, pop, jazz and blues. Her favorite group of tunes comes from the Great American Songbook. Jeanne-Marie is effortless in entertaining using her sense of class and local New Orleans flavor.
