Jean Lenke’s Red Rose Project celebrates the many wonderful women composers and lyricists that have contributed to our extensive Jazz & Popular Music Catalogue! Each concert highlights an eclectic mix of music from the early 20th century to today, presented by some of the areas most talented Jazz musicians. The band includes Jean Lenke, Vocals, Nelda Swiggett, Piano, Rachael Comtorer, Bass, Angie Tabor, Drums, and Tobi Stone, Reeds. More at www.redrosegurls.com and www.jeantherapymusic.com
Second Set:
Jeff Busch brings his wonderful band Magic Circle presenting a wide variety of styles including Latin Jazz, Brazilian styles and African styles as well. The band features Jeff Busch on drums and percussion, Dean Schmidt on bass, Julio Jauregui on keyboards, Alexey Nikolaev on saxophone, and Beserat Taffesse on trombone. More at www.jeffbuscharts.com
