Since being appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis in February, he has proactively taken up the fight on Parental Rights, creating an Office of Parental Rights within the AG's Office, partnering with the Department of Education, enforcing immigration laws and so much more! What you may not realize is that he was the man behind the DeSantis agenda, including beating back the Pot and Abortion Amendments in 2024.
