I’m excited to share that I’ve been invited to teach a special Nia dance and movement experience as part of the Milford Arts Council’s inaugural Jazz’n Downtown festival!
🗓 Saturday, October 3
🕥 10:30-11:15 a.m.
📍 Milford Arts Council
Whether you’re new to Nia or have danced with me before, this 45-minute session is a chance to move to inspiring music, awaken your body, and discover the joy of movement in a welcoming, judgment-free space. No dance experience is needed, just bring yourself and a willingness to move.
I’m honored to be part of this wonderful community event and hope you’ll join me before heading out to enjoy the music, art, and festivities throughout downtown Milford.
I’d love to see some familiar faces there! 💃🎶. More details to follow!
