Jazz Underground is a Seattle-based contemporary jazz big band. Their repertoire includes a wide variety of music from Count Basie, Buddy Rich and Stan Kenton to Jaco Pastorius, Michael League, Duke Pearson, Ayn Inserto, Radiohead, Mike Stern, Tom Molter and Jennifer Wharton. In addition, the group performs music by Pacific Northwest composers and arrangers, including original tunes by members of the band.Doors at 6:30, music starts at 7:30pm. Tickets $20 in advannce, $25 at the door.
