Jazz night at Academy Barry

Join us this Friday night for an evening of Jazz music at Academy Barry.
Escape the autumn weather and get cosy inside with Jazz Social from 8pm as your backing track. Jazz Social are a collective of incredible jazz musicians who have joined us before for a number of jazz evenings in Whitchurch Road. We are excited to welcome them to Barry, sip on an old fashioned, and relax into the evening…
We’re extending our happy hour for the occasion, with 2 for £14 cocktails, £5 selected pints and £15 selected bottles of wine from 5pm-8pm. It’s the perfect chance to try our new beers and wines! Get a pint of Mahou for £5, or try a bottle of red for just £15 - perfect for enjoying with friends, or even a date 🎷🍷
Why not try some of our small plates too? Think bread and dip, a melty camembert to share, or some patatas bravas for the table. Served from 5pm.
No need to book, just grab your seat for the night and get ready to cosy up with some smooth jazz sounds 🎶
