Gwen Black Arts/Arts and Jazzfest NYC(tm) invie you to Join us for our annual Jazz By The Water(tm) outdoor concert series on Governor's Island (inside Colonel Row), celebrating Jazz Yesterday and Today(tm). Join us for an amazing lineup. Performers include Mark Adams' Jazzical Sextet with a special tribute to the Legendary Roy Ayers; the Joe Baione Quintet; Lady Cantrese & Her Gents; the Eric Person Quartet; Sharp Radway & Band; with a Special Kick Off 2nd Line Tribute to New Orleans with Letrice Arlene and presented by Roz Nixon on Stage and My Time, Inc.
