Jay Siegel’s Tokens are one of pop music's most versatile and enduring groups, popular since their debut hit single in 1961. Their first major success, “Tonight I Fell In Love,” was followed by the iconic #1 song “The Lion Sleeps Tonight,” which re-entered the Billboard Hot 100 in 1994 due to its feature in Disney's "The Lion King." Original lead singer Jay Siegel's distinctive tenor and falsetto defined the group's sound. The Tokens were trailblazers in independent music production, producing hits like "He's So Fine" for The Chiffons and working with artists such as Tony Orlando and Dawn, The Happenings, and Robert John. Inducted into multiple music halls of fame, they also performed with legendary acts like The Beatles and The Temptations and lent their voices to numerous well-known commercials.

DIRECTIONS TO JKV MAIN GATE

400 SW 3rd Street, Pompano Beach, FL 33060

Take I-95 to Exit 36 - Atlantic Blvd. When you exit, head east on Atlantic Blvd. to Dixie Highway. Turn right (south) at Dixie Highway and get into your right-hand lane. At SW 3rd Street, turn right (west) and get into your left-hand lane. When you see the Guard Gate, turn left.

Directions from the Main Guard Gate on SW 3rd Street to the Cultural Arts Center

Once you pass through the main guard gate, follow the road (don’t drive faster than 14 MPH!!), go around the traffic circle, and then, at the dead end, make a right. Go past Westlake Towers on your left, and then the Pavilion building will be on your left.

Directions from the Dixie Highway Gate to the Cultural Arts Center

Once you pass through the Dixie Highway Gate, follow the road (SW 6th Street) past the Aquatic Center, past Cassels Tower. Turn right at SE 5th Circle. Follow this road past Gardens’ West, Seaside Cove and at the Fitness Studio turn right. Go past the Fitness Studio and Trustbridge and then The Pavilion will be on your right. Staff will direct you to a parking space.

Parking is located just west of the Cultural Arts Center, next to the Westlake Towers.
