About this Event
Dad Bod Squad is what happens when life experience, questionable metabolism, and zero shame collide on stage.
A crew of middle-plus aged dads bringing improv and sketch comedy that hits right in the sweet spot between “I’ve lived this” and “Did he really just say that?” Our material dives headfirst into suburban survival, marriage negotiations, aging bodies, youth sports chaos, corporate nonsense, and the slow realization that we’ve become our own fathers.
Expect quick-witted improv, sharp (and sometimes shameless) sketches, and the kind of humor that’s equal parts relatable and ridiculous. We’re not here to pretend we’ve still got it all together we’re here to prove it’s way funnier that we don’t.
