Come out to the JAX 48 Hour Film Project Kickoff Event at The Jessie in downtown as filmmakers select their genres and receive their elements needed to make the film in 48 hours.
This is part of the largest film competitions in the world as over 130 cities around the globe have to make a movie (write, film and edit) in 48 hours and don't know what they are filming until the kickoff event.
You don't want to miss all the excitement as the whole city will be filming, running around and trying to get their film turned in before the deadline on Sunday at 7:30pm.
