Hello!
We are excited to announce the details of the ninth-annual Jason’s Jog, the USATF-certified 5K and 1-mile Fun Run to celebrate and honor the life of Jason Owen. This nonprofit event is a celebration of Jason Owen, raising money for causes important to him. This year, all proceeds will benefit the Meadowood’s need to purchase a new van for ministry purposes.
Jason’s Jog draws people from throughout the Mid-Del community to gather at the YMCA in Midwest City and run throughout the adjoining neighborhood on a USATF-certified track. After the competitive run, attendees are encouraged to stay and play flag football, attend an awards ceremony, enjoy food from local vendors, bounce in bouncy houses and participate in fun activities for kids.
Every year, Jason’s Jog grows in not only size but also in the charitable donations we have been able to give back to our community. To date, we’ve provided almost $50,000 to support things like Mid-Del tutoring programs, youth activities, foster care support groups and warm winter coats for area school children. But, we need your help in order to continue growing and providing resources to our community’s various needs.
Your sponsorship is a tax-deductible donation to Meadowood Baptist Church, as the proceeds of your donation will go directly to providing a new van for the church.
This year, through sponsorships from you and other local leaders, we are hoping to make this the most successful Jason’s Jog, with record donations. The new van will provide transportation to bring people to church, transport people to educational opportunities, summer camps, outreach events and much more in and around the Mid-Del area.
Through Jason’s Jog, we hope to raise enough money to reach the goal of buying a new van so that the growing transportation needs both now and in the future.

 $1,000 Presenting Sponsor: Your name or logo will be listed prominently on the back of the event T-shirt, listed on signage at the event, read aloud at the event and listed on the event’s website and social media postings promoting the event. And, you will receive 10 free ADULT or CHILDREN registrations to participate in the 5K or 1-mile Fun Run.
 $500 Key Sponsor: Your name or logo will be listed on the back of the event T-shirt, listed on signage at the event, read aloud at the event and listed on the event’s website and social media postings promoting the event. And, you will receive FIVE free ADULT or CHILDREN registrations to participate in the 5K or 1-mile Fun Run.
 $250 T-shirt Sponsor: Your name or logo will be listed on the back of the event T-shirt, listed on signage at the event, read aloud at the event and listed on the event’s website and social media postings promoting the event. You will receive THREE free ADULT or CHILDREN registrations to participate in the 5K or 1-mile Fun Run.
 $100 Event Sponsor: Your name will be listed on the signage at the event, read aloud at the event and listed on the event’s website and social media postings promoting the event.
 In-Kind Sponsor: Your donation of a gift card, product or other goods or services will be raffled off to participants at the end of the race during the awards ceremony. Your name will be mentioned in the raffle presentation and in social media postings to promote the event.
