Japanese Otsumami (small plates) Workshop

Join us for a relaxed and hands-on 2-hour Japanese cookery workshop, inspired by the small plates and snacks served in Izakaya across Japan.

Otsumami are designed to be simple, flavourful dishes for casual dining. In this evening class, we’ll cook together in our modern, spacious kitchen, learning practical techniques and classic flavour combinations that are easy to recreate at home.

We understand that plans can change. Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 7 days before the workshop date.

As our classes are carefully planned, cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable and non-transferable, including gift voucher bookings.

If we cancel the workshop, you’ll be offered a full refund, transfer to another date, or a gift voucher.
